Information we collect
When you submit a private enquiry we collect your full name, email address, telephone number (if provided), the destination in which you intend to search and the requirements you describe, together with the date and time of submission.
We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising technologies, and we do not collect information about your device for profiling purposes.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you engage us, to provide our advisory services. We do not sell, rent or share personal information for marketing purposes.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Where your information is stored
Enquiries are stored in a secured database located in Frankfurt, Germany, within the European Union. Access is restricted to authorised personnel of ATELIER. Visitors to the website cannot read, alter or delete stored enquiries.
Data processors
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:
Lovable (Sweden) — website platform and hosting. Supabase — database infrastructure, with data held in Frankfurt, Germany. Cloudflare — website delivery and secure transmission of form submissions.
When an enquiry is received, we are sent an internal email notification which contains no personal details of the person making the enquiry.
International transfers
Some of our processors are established in, or use sub-processors in, the United States. Where personal information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with appropriate supplementary measures.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for 24 months after our last interaction with you, after which it is deleted. Information may be retained for longer only where we are required to do so by law, for example under accounting or anti-money-laundering obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, please write to contact@atelier-privateoffice.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark — www.datatilsynet.dk.

We will update this policy before introducing any new service that affects how your information is processed, such as a customer relationship management system.
