A private office, not an agency.
ATELIER was established to give buyers what the property market rarely offers them: an adviser with no interest in the sale beyond the buyer's own needs, and access to properties they would never have found on their own.
Who we are
Buyer-only, by conviction.
In most transactions, the agent is retained and paid by the seller. We take the opposite position. We are appointed by the buyer, act solely for the buyer, and do not advertise properties for sale.
This allows us to review the whole market without preference, to question price and condition candidly, and to negotiate without conflict.
Our specialism begins where the open market ends. Most of the properties we bring to clients are never advertised; they reach us through owners, advisers and local contacts, often before they appear publicly at all.
That network is broad by design, and it is supported by advanced market intelligence — continuous monitoring, ownership and records research, and analysis that indicates where a property is likely to become available. The tools tell us where to look; the people make the approach.

We are not affiliated with any agency, developer or vendor. Our advice is shaped by one consideration: the interests of our client.

Clients are never named and searches are never advertised. Approaches to owners are made privately and only with your consent.
